Gay Atlanta Real Estate

A gay Realtor who actually knows gay Atlanta.

I am Cory. I am a gay man, and I help our community buy and sell homes across Atlanta. When we work together there is nothing to explain and nothing to translate, because it is my life too.

Who you’re working with

I’m not LGBTQ-friendly. I’m gay.

There is a difference, and if you are on this page you already know it. My husband and I have been married since before Obergefell v. Hodges made it the law of the land, back when it meant going to New Mexico to do it. I have been out longer than I was ever in.

So when you buy or sell a home with me, you are not explaining yourself to a stranger who means well. You are working with someone who has lived it. That changes how the whole thing feels, from the first showing to the closing table.

Cory Klose, gay Realtor in Atlanta

Nothing to explain.

You are not the first gay client I have worked with, and you will not be the last. Tour homes, sign contracts, and negotiate as exactly who you are. No corrections, no assumptions, no coded talk about the neighborhood.

I know which streets feel like home.

I will point you toward the parts of Atlanta where our community actually thrives, and I will be honest about the ones where you would feel it the moment you stepped outside.

A network that gets it.

Lenders, inspectors, and attorneys I trust to treat you and your family with respect, all the way to the closing table.

Where gay Atlanta lives

Neighborhoods worth knowing.

A starting map, not a boundary. I help buyers and sellers all over intown Atlanta. These are just some of the communities my clients love.

Midtown

The historic heart of gay Atlanta. Piedmont Park, walkability, and the center of Pride every October.

Decatur

Its own small city just east of town. Strong schools, an easygoing square, and a long-established queer community.

Kirkwood

Historic bungalows, diverse and tight-knit, with a front-porch feel and quick access to downtown.

East Atlanta Village

Creative and unpretentious. Live music, local bars, and homes with real character.

Grant Park

Leafy streets around the city's oldest park, Victorian architecture, and a strong neighborly community.

Ormewood Park

Quiet and welcoming near the BeltLine, increasingly popular with young couples and families.

Good questions

Frequently asked.

Why work with a gay Realtor specifically?

Because you never have to explain or soften who you are. I read contracts, tour homes, and negotiate for couples, single buyers, and families as exactly who they are, and I know Atlanta well enough to steer you toward the places you will actually feel at home.

Which Atlanta neighborhoods are most popular with gay buyers?

Midtown is the historic heart, but Decatur, Kirkwood, East Atlanta Village, Grant Park, and Ormewood Park have all become strong, welcoming communities across a range of price points.

Do I have to be buying in a gayborhood to work with you?

Not at all. I help buyers and sellers all over intown Atlanta. The point is not the ZIP code. It is having someone in your corner who gets it.

Can you help if I am relocating to Atlanta from another city?

Yes, relocations are a big part of my work. I can do virtual tours, walk you through neighborhoods over video, and connect you with the right people before you arrive.

Let’s talk

Tell me what you’re looking for.

No pressure and no obligation, just a real conversation about your move. I read every message myself and usually reply the same day.
